Spring Equinox Energy, Salt, & Sound Activatioin
I will be joining Katie Cavenagh (my mentor and fellow sound healer) for a special collaboration in the SoulShine Salt Cavern at The Red Barn in Durham for the Spring Equinox!
Gather with us as we celebrate the changing of the season and the balancing of night and day. Bringing a fresh start and perspective, the spring season blossoms with growth and movement.
Reflecting on the changing energies, we will channel messages with a collective and gallery oracle card reading. Here we will explore themes of the season and what might draw your attention. Guidance, wisdom, healing, next steps, inspiration, and deeper knowing may also reveal itself with your personal card pull.
You will then be guided into an activation of the reading and the season’s energy with salt, sound, and reiki. We will lead you through a gentle meditation with sound so you can receive the healing energy of the salt and reiki. Distance and some hands-on reiki will be given to all participants who would like it.
Take time to nurture your dreams, yourself, and your journey thus far as you plant seeds for your next chapter. Allow for the energy of the new season to carry you along your path with ease and grace.

Reiki, Salt, & Sound
The three elements of Reiki, Salt (Halotherapy), and Sound provide a unique healing experience. Join Reiki Masters Deborah Page and Katie Cavenagh in the SoulShine Salt Cavern for a deep restorative session for the body and mind. Relax in gravity chairs and receive balancing energy while releasing stress and tension. Breathe in the salt and allow it to cleanse and detoxify.
Reiki - Each participant will receive a short, hands on reiki boost from Deborah, designed to help balance and clear the energy system. Distance reiki will be sent through the sound by Katie.
Salt - 45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress. Fine salt crystals are released into the air as you are surrounded by walls and a floor of pink Himalayan salt.
Sound - Various instruments will be played alongside the gongs providing a soundscape designed to balance and reset the mind, body, and energy field.

Bear Denning
Join us in an honoring of Artio, the Celtic Bear Goddess, Goddess of transformation and abundance. The shorter days and longer nights heralds the time to go within for the winter. Bear finds a cave and hibernates for the Winter and gives birth in the Spring. The Winter can be a time of rest, nurturance and creativity. What is it that you would like to birth in the Spring?
We will make an altar as at this time. On the 15th there will be a waning moon. Bring items to symbolize what you would like to release. and a symbol of what you would like to manifest in the Springtime.

In honor of the Summer Solstice on June 20th and Lammas (Lughnasadh) on August 1st, join us for a gathering to create a crescent moon wreath to represent the summer sabbats, as well as a sound meditation in the Salt Cave.
First, we will create a small wreath with bright, colorful, summer blooms to represent the fertility of the Earth and the upcoming harvest season. Then, we will enjoy the salt cave with a sound bath meditation to reconnect us to our power and passions.
