We are taking our Special Moms Circle to the next level and heading to the magical Soulshine Salt cave!

This is a dedicated circle for mothers of special needs children, medical complexities, and/or developmental delays. Our time together will be to explore meditation, practice some yoga and connect with our tribe of to share.

Kristen Marie has collaborated with the beautiful owner, Lisa of Soulshine Salt Cavern, to offer Kundalini (yoga) with Kristen inside the this truly magical space.

You will be guided through a kriya (a set of postures) for approximately 25 minutes and then will receive 30 minute of salt therapy for savansa (corpse pose/relaxation) & extended meditation.
